To bring this program to life, we partnered with Terros Health, a leading Arizona health care company that specializes in mental health and substance use treatment since 1969. University of Jamestown and Terros Health are committed to removing barriers to address the service shortage in the behavioral health field. By participating in this program, you’ll receive top-tier online education from University of Jamestown faculty, combined with in-person, on-the-job training from industry experts at Terros Health.
Application Requirements
This program is only for individuals in Arizona with the ability to work within the city of Phoenix.
- Applicants must have a high school diploma/equivalent.
- Candidates will be required to successfully interview with our partner Terros Health and receive an offer notification from Terros Health before being accepted into the apprenticeship program.
- To become employed by Terros Health, candidates must be able to pass a background check to receive a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and must be able to pass a TB test.

To be eligible for the program, you must apply to both UJ and Terros Health. Follow these steps:
