IT service management professionals are skilled in delivering and controlling IT services for end-users. Think of it as being on the managerial side of the “help desk” for folks with IT needs. This certificate will prepare you to not only handle all aspects of technology usage within a company — including hardware, servers and apps — but you’ll also be ready to improve service responsiveness and problem management.
